Role Synopsis
The hired packing staff will work in modern production and warehouse environments, helping to prepare and dispatch goods efficiently.
Key tasks include:
- Packing a variety of goods such as food items (biscuits, chips, juices, chocolates), bottled water, cosmetics, household essentials, electronics, clothing, and footwear.
- Operating or assisting with simple packaging machines (sealing, labeling, shrink-wrapping).
- Weighing, labeling, and sorting products before shipping.
- Maintaining clean and organized workstations to ensure product safety and quality.
- Loading finished packages onto trolleys, pallets, or delivery trucks.
- Following supervisors’ instructions to meet daily production targets.
- Reporting damaged goods or safety hazards to team leaders.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 18 – 45 years preferred.
- Education: Minimum 5th Pass. Candidates with 8th/10th Pass, Diploma, or Graduation have an advantage.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for long hours and lift light-to-medium weight packages safely.
- Communication: Basic understanding of local language or English helpful but not mandatory.
- Experience: Freshers welcome; previous warehouse or factory work is a plus.
- Work Attitude: Punctual, disciplined, and able to follow supervisor instructions carefully.
