Role Synopsis
Selected candidates will work in Hyundai’s modern engine parts facilities where safety and precision are top priorities.
Typical duties may include:
- Assembly Line Work: Assisting in the production and assembly of engine components such as pistons, valves, and crankshafts.
- Machine Operation: Supporting CNC machines, casting machines, and automated tools under supervision.
- Parts Packing: Weighing, labeling, and securely packaging engine components for dispatch.
- Quality Check: Inspecting finished parts for defects and ensuring specifications are met.
- Warehouse Loading: Moving and stacking packaged components safely for shipping.
- Inventory Support: Updating part counts, labeling pallets, and supporting dispatch planning.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 18 – 45 years preferred.
- Education: Minimum 8th Pass. Candidates with 10th Pass, Diploma, ITI, or Graduation are preferred for technical roles.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long periods and handle moderate lifting.
- Experience: Freshers can apply; prior work in automobile or parts manufacturing is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Basic mechanical knowledge or ITI/Diploma holders will be given preference.
- Work Attitude: Punctuality, willingness to learn, and discipline in following safety procedures are essential.
