Role Synopsis
As a Security Personnel, you will play a key role in ensuring safety and order inside some of the busiest shopping malls.
Your work will include:
- Monitoring entry and exit points, checking visitors politely but firmly when needed.
- Patrolling assigned areas to maintain safety and deter theft, vandalism, or suspicious activities.
- Managing crowd control during weekends, holiday seasons, or special events.
- Responding to alarms, emergencies, or accidents and notifying mall management or authorities.
- Helping customers with directions or minor assistance when appropriate.
- Inspecting fire exits, emergency equipment, and CCTV feeds regularly to ensure safety compliance.
- Keeping a daily log of activities, incidents, or unusual observations for the security supervisor.

Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 21 – 45 years preferred.
- Education: Minimum 5th Pass. Candidates with 8th/10th Pass, Diploma, or Graduate levels will have an advantage.
- Physical Fitness: Should be able to stand/walk for long hours and handle moderate physical tasks if required.
- Communication: Basic understanding of Hindi or English preferred; ability to communicate politely with visitors.
- Experience: Previous security or defense background is helpful but not mandatory — training will be provided to selected candidates.
